Neighborhood House of North Richmond (NHNR)--a California nonprofit

501(c)(3) social services agency--is raffling the $4.3 million 9,000

square-foot home in the Oakland Hills, pictured in these pages, which

boasts an incredible five-bridge view. This house could be yours if your

ticket is the grand prize winner. Or you can choose the $2 million cash

prize. As a grand prize winner, it's up to you.

There will also be four early-bird drawings that offer over 100 additional

cash prizes. All tickets--including winning tickets in each

Early Bird Drawing--will also be entered in all subsequent

Early Bird drawings as well as the grand prize drawing. So

you have many opportunities to win--and win again. Click on

Proceeds from the raffle will benefit a

number of community-based programs,

including a senior center, youth violence

prevention and youth mentoring projects,

residential drug and alcohol treatment,

and many other programs--operated for

more than 54 years by NHNR.

New Raffle Offer

You can win additional prizes at our new

weekly Bonus Drawings. Win $1,000 cash

prizes, plus top prizes of roundtrip tickets

and two-day lodging for two to Las Vegas,

Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, California and

other great locations. Already-purchased

tickets will be entered in all subsequent

Early Bird Discounts

Raffle tickets are priced at $175 each. But

for last week of the raffle, the following discounts listed

below will be in effect until October 23, 2009:

(1) You can purchase three tickets for only $175. NHNR

will donate $25 from that $175 purchase to any one of

the California social service agencies listed on the

Dream Big Raffle 2009 Entry Form or click on "Rules"

to see the list. You can decide which organization receives

the $25 donation; let us know your choice at the time of

purchase.

(2) You can purchase six tickets for only $350. NHNR

will donate $50 from that $350 purchase to any one of

the California social service agencies listed on the

Dream Big Raffle 2009 Entry Form or click on "Rules" to

see the list. You can decide which organization receives

the $50 donation; let us know your choice at the time of

purchase.

(3) You can also purchase nine tickets for only $475. NHNR

will donate $50 from that $475 purchase to any one of

the California social service agencies listed on the

Dream Big Raffle 2009 Entry Form or click on "Rules"

to see the list. Again, you can decide which organization

receives the $50 donation by letting us know your choice at

the time of purchase.

NHNR will make the donation to the social services agency

that you choose within 30 days after the grand prize drawing.

The grand prize drawing takes place on Monday, October 26,

2009.

Free Ticket Opportunities: Friends-and-Family Sale

Another way to increase your chances of winning prizes from

this raffle is to buy a ticket and then encourage your friends to

purchase tickets. You will receive two free tickets for every

friend or family member you refer who buys a raffle ticket and

lists your name as the person who made the referral. Don't

forget, you must have already purchased a ticket for the

free-ticket opportunity to apply.
